Job Title: Technical Recruiter Job Description The Technical Recruiter plays a key role in building high-performing teams by leading full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, finance, operations, supply chain, and other non-technical corporate roles. This position develops and executes sourcing strategies, partners closely with hiring stakeholders, and ensures a positive, professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The Technical Recruiter also maintains accurate recruiting data, promotes the employer brand, and continuously improves recruiting processes to support a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across manufacturing, finance, operations, supply chain, HR, and other non-technical corporate functions.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and the use of recruiting tools and platforms.Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture and role requirements.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define recruiting strategies, and provide market insights throughout the hiring process.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake meetings, job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.Maintain accurate, real-time candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and regularly provide recruiting metrics and pipeline updates.Promote the employer brand through candidate interactions, networking, recruiting events, and social media engagement.Ensure all recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, OFCCP guidelines, EEO regulations, and internal company policies.Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and overall candidate quality.Effectively manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remain audit-ready for government contracting and regulatory requirements when applicable. Essential Skills At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing, finance, operations, supply chain, and other non-technical corporate roles.Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, including managing the end-to-end recruitment process.Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.Demonstrated success recruiting for manufacturing, finance, HR, operations, or corporate functions.Hands-on experience conducting candidate interviews and managing offer processes.Ability to thrive in and support a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.Ability to maintain accurate candidate data and generate recruiting metrics using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in technical recruiting and familiarity with recruiting in aerospace, manufacturing, or technology industries is preferred.Experience recruiting within a government contracting environment, including familiarity with OFCCP and EEO regulations, and audit-ready recruiting practices.Experience using ATS platforms such as Pinpoint, Greenhouse, or Ashby.Experience in recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment.Strong communication and relationship-building skills to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.Ability to promote and represent the employer brand through events, networking, and social media. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hawthorne, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
