About the role

Radiant is seeking a driven recent grad to join our talent team and help build the engineering teams behind Kaleidos, our portable, mass-producible nuclear microreactor. This is a role for someone who wants to start a career in recruitment, work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and learn about several technical domains like nuclear, hardware, and software.

Responsibilities

• Run your own reqs from open to close, including building the pipeline, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Find niche talent markets for specialized engineering roles in places like GitHub, arXiv, and technical communities.
• Create talent market reports to inform recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate hiring team debriefs.
• Help shape recruitment processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, sourcing, or coordination.
• Genuine curiosity toward hardware, nuclear, physics, or AI/ML.
• Bias toward action and strong problem-solving skills.
