Responsibilities

  • Prepare project plans and coordinate the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation.
  • Maintain a matrix for process improvements.
  • Drive project deliverables and task details using reports, tracking charts, and checklists.
  • Align the activities of internal business unit resources to achieve on-time and within-budget performance objectives for the project.
  • Monitor and report to the business unit on the project's cost performance.
  • Participate on intra-business unit design teams to complete projects.
  • Contribute to the team's technical development in pursuit of project goals.
  • Research causes of project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; awareness of competition and differentiating factors in the market.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.

Pay

$96,000.00 - $132,000.00

Schedule

  • Employee Type: Assignee / Regular
  • Travel: Yes, 25% of the time
  • Relocation Eligible: Yes

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and consideration of internal equity. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
