What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of 3–4 concurrent quantum computing research projects.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Cook up project teams consisting of researchers, fellows, and technical advisors.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve execution bottlenecks.
- Serve as the primary liaison between research teams and clients.
- Ensure technical deliverables meet project objectives and client expectations.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Support proposal development and project planning for new research opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance project delivery across the organization.
Who You Are
- MS (research), PhD, or Postdoctoral experience in Quantum Computing or a related STEM field.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts, with expertise in one or more of the following: Variational Quantum Algorithms (VQAs), Quantum Benchmarking, Quantum Error Correction, Quantum Algorithms and Applications.
- Experience managing technical or research projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with clients, researchers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
