Technical Project Manager (India Based)

About the role

RightCrowd, a dynamic and rapidly expanding company in the Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) industry, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead multiple customer project engagements. This role will drive the successful delivery of enterprise-wide customer solutions within budget, working closely with external customers and internal teams throughout all project phases—from requirements gathering to deployment. The ideal candidate will be based in the Philippines and passionate about driving the financial success of the business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all project team members collaborate to create deliverables that meet customer expectations and success criteria.
• Own the full project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and deployment for multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Develop and manage project plans, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budgets, risks, and issues.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports, change requests, and detailed project plans.
• Manage and control change requests, liaising with internal and external senior stakeholders as needed.
• Set and manage project expectations, delegating deliverables to team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all project phases.
• Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, chair project meetings, and maintain regular customer communication.
• Provide status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Report on project success criteria, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
• Demonstrate functional acumen to align solutions with customer goals and industry best practices.
• Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects proceed according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage escalations, ongoing quality control, and participate in issue resolution.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish; this role will service clients based in Chile.
• 2-5 years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects (PMP certification is a benefit).
• 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with SDLC Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork and excellence.
• Strong relationship-building skills to establish credibility, solve problems, and build consensus.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, decisive, adaptable to change, and able to manage competing demands.
• Proficiency with tools: MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience leading projects to on-time, on-schedule, and within-budget completion.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams, including internal and external resources, while holding them accountable.
• A positive attitude, highly motivated, and keen to take personal responsibility for organizational goals.
