Technical Project Manager II
About the role
The TPM II leads complex, strategic, and high-impact projects, manages diverse stakeholders, and contributes to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead Complex Projects & Programs: Full ownership of end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of strategic, complex, and high-value technical projects.
- Develop Comprehensive Project Plans: Stakeholder requirements integration with company goals, coordination of non-technical and technical personnel across all project phases.
- Advanced Risk & Crisis Management: Proactive risk identification, assessment, and contingency plan development; effective crisis management and project closure.
- Executive Communication & Influence: Clear articulation of complex project information to executive leadership; risk and opportunity communication.
- Stakeholder Management & Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders; expectation management and conflict resolution.
- Process & Tool Innovation: Continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, methodology refinement, tool standardization, and best practice implementation.
Requirements
- Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of progressive project management experience, including 2+ years leading complex, high-impact projects or programs
- Expert proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- General understanding of technical components like APIs, User Interfaces, and User Interface QA
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management, flexibility, agility, and resilience
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, negotiate solutions, and resolve conflicts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic mindset
- Critical understanding of organizational change management principles
- Desired Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Scrum Master experience
