Project Manager II - New Product Development

Position Overview

Oversee multiple projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery.
Mentor and coach junior project managers, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices.
Develop and manage strategic project plans, including schedules, KPIs, and budgets for high-impact initiatives.
Capture and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to executive stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4-7 years of project management or product development experience, preferably in HVAC or related industries.
• Experience in new product development project management.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and executive communication skills.
