Responsibilities

  • Manage complex technical projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate with agile or PRO Project Managers
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Track progress, manage risks and scope
  • Handle projects of varying complexity and technical requirements
  • Create and maintain compliant documentation
  • Prepare status reports and present information to organizational leadership
  • Hold team members accountable for work products
  • Identify, escalate, and communicate critical issues, risks, and program-level decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum five years progressive project management experience
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently or equivalent combination of education and experience

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Project Management Institute Guide and PMBOK
  • Strong understanding of health plan contracting and network operations
  • High-level technical understanding of business requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage small work efforts independently
  • Motivate teams and collaborate with business sponsors
  • Proven ability to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions
  • Demonstrated success meeting budget, timeline, and requirement targets
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, automated project management software, and understanding of Agile/ITIL frameworks
  • Strong interpersonal skills including writing, presenting, and facilitating across all management levels and stakeholders
  • Expertise in budgeting, change management, risk management, planning/organization, and business lifecycle methodology

Pay

  • Range: $92,700 - $120,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history
  • Bonus target: 15%

Schedule

  • Work from home options for most of our roles
  • Requires a wired internet connection with minimum upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 10 Mb
