About the role
Help with a large contact center platform migration. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data and reporting design, documentation, change coordination, and testing during the migration of a shared contact center platform. This individual will shepherd the data and reporting design, coordinate changes to reporting semantics, socialize project status updates and business reporting impacts with stakeholders, document new end-to-end data flows and objects, develop and execute data testing, and ensure data integrity and business continuity between old and new platforms within the existing reporting infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Manage the business data and reporting needs of a large contact center platform migration project
- Deliver data and reporting design, documentation, change coordination, and testing
- Coordinate changes to reporting semantics and other instruments
- Regularly socialize project status updates and business reporting impacts with stakeholders
- Document the new end-to-end data flows and objects
- Develop and execute data testing
- Ensure data integrity and business continuity between both old and new platforms within the existing reporting infrastructure
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technical project management experience
- Change control and testing management experience
- Enterprise data warehouse experience
- Experience with business operational and historical reporting
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of project management experience
- Contact center experience (preferred)
- Genesys Engage and/or Cloud CX (preferred)
- Genesys ICON and/or A3S (preferred)
- DataHub, data stewardship, knowledge management (preferred)
- Snowflake / AWS, SQL (preferred)
- Tableau (preferred)
- Experience with in-house tools: Maestro, Monsterboard, Prism / Core, DataDoor, UDM (preferred)
