Akkodis is seeking a Technical Project Manager & Data Architect for a hybrid contract role with a client in Austin, TX.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have experience leading enterprise data and reporting initiatives for large-scale technology transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the data and reporting workstream for a large-scale contact center migration, ensuring successful delivery of business and technical objectives.
- Design, document, and manage end-to-end data flows, reporting structures, and data architecture to support business continuity during platform transitions.
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, change management activities, and status reporting across cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute data validation, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting between legacy and new platforms.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and reporting teams to define reporting requirements, reporting semantics, and data governance standards.
- Support enterprise data warehouse initiatives by analyzing business reporting needs, maintaining technical documentation, and driving enhancements to reporting and analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Data Architecture, and enterprise-scale data/reporting initiatives.
- Strong experience with enterprise data warehousing, business reporting, change management, testing coordination, and stakeholder communication for large-scale technology migration projects.
- Proficiency in data and reporting technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, and experience supporting complex platform migrations within large enterprise environments.
Pay
$56.00 to $58.00 per hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
