About the Role
UST is searching for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans; track progress and adjust as necessary.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure technical requirements are clearly understood and met by the development teams.
- Monitor and report on project performance metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in IT or software development.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
Pay
Compensation range: $102,000-$153,000. Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.
Benefits
- Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
