Job Summary We're looking for a Project Manager to support the execution of initiatives across our Product, Engineering, and Reporting teams by bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to how work gets done. This role owns delivery coordination across the Tech organization and serves as the operational connection point between cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for managing timelines, tracking dependencies, facilitating communication, coordinating onboarding activities, and helping stakeholders maintain visibility into active work and upcoming priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly. This person brings structure without creating unnecessary process and helps teams execute more efficiently through strong planning, communication, and follow-through. This is a hybrid position that requires reporting to our Rogers, AR office three days a week. What You'll Do Project & Delivery Coordination Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, and Reporting workstreamsTrack project milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers across active initiativesHelp teams stay aligned on priorities, deliverables, and upcoming deadlinesSupport successful execution by ensuring work is moving forward and dependencies are clearly understoodMonitor project health and proactively identify issues that may impact delivery Cross-Functional Planning & Execution Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, teams, and initiativesPartner with Product, Engineering, and Reporting leaders to support execution planningSurface cross-functional risks early and help drive alignment on next stepsSupport delivery planning, project organization, and operational readiness activitiesHelp establish repeatable processes that improve execution consistency across teams Meeting & Communication Management Own meeting coordination, agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up trackingDocument key decisions, project updates, and status changesEnsure stakeholders have visibility into work in progress, risks, dependencies, and upcoming milestonesSupport clear and consistent communication across technical and non-technical teamsHelp maintain accountability by tracking commitments and escalating issues when appropriate Intake & Workflow Management Manage intake processes and route requests to the appropriate Product, Reporting, or Engineering ownerHelp prioritize and organize incoming work to improve visibility and reduce confusionMaintain systems and documentation that support efficient workflow managementEnsure requests are properly documented, tracked, and communicated throughout the delivery processSupport continuous improvement of intake and operational processes Onboarding & Operational Support Coordinate onboarding activities for new projects, initiatives, and stakeholdersTrack project setup requirements, system access, and readiness milestonesSupport kickoff preparation and ongoing project administrationHelp ensure teams have the information, tools, and resources needed for successful executionContribute to the overall operational effectiveness of the Tech organization Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, communication, and coordination workflowsHelp create scalable operating rhythms that improve visibility without adding unnecessary complexitySupport adoption of tools, templates, and best practices that improve executionLeverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve project visibility, organization, and efficiencyContribute to building a more predictable and transparent operating model across teams What We're Looking For Experience Experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related cross-functional coordination roleProven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple concurrent initiativesExperience working with technical, product, or engineering teams preferredExperience supporting cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with project management platforms and collaboration tools Skills & Competencies Strong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage competing priorities while maintaining visibility across multiple workstreamsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure where neededStrong documentation and process management skillsExperience using AI tools to support organization, planning, communication, or workflow management preferred What Success Looks Like Cross-functional work has clear visibility and fewer missed handoffsTeams have confidence in timelines, priorities, and project statusProduct and Engineering leaders spend less time managing coordination overheadStakeholders receive timely, clear, and actionable project communicationRisks, blockers, and dependencies are identified and resolved more proactivelyThe Tech organization operates with greater consistency, efficiency, and predictability Our Commitment We prioritize the inclusion of diverse perspectives.
