Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead AML/Fraud initiatives across multiple Agile teams.
- Act as Lead facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies and program execution.
- Cook up and manage end-to-end delivery of AML and Fraud Detection projects.
- Drive activities related to Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), case management, investigations, and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, dependency management, and release planning.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Compliance teams, Risk teams, and Technology stakeholders.
Qualifications
- BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Pay
Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000 per year
