Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support planning, budgeting, and execution of complex new product development projects in a high-change environment
• Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and Program Managers to ensure alignment on schedules, deliverables, and priorities
• Cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to keep programs on track
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and financials while escalating risks, resource gaps, and delays
• Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles and support readiness for production, capacity planning, and system setup

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management within a manufacturing, hardware, or mechanical environment
• Proven ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, unstructured, and high-pressure settings with shifting priorities
• Demonstrated ability to communicate across technical teams and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• PMP certification preferred
• Willingness to travel 50–60% initially
