Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale CRM transformation programs, with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk mitigation, timeline tracking, and ensuring successful execution of complex, multi-million-dollar CRM initiatives. This role requires the ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive collaboration across business and technology stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with customer and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale CRM transformation programs.
• Oversee stakeholder management, governance, and risk mitigation.
• Track timelines and ensure successful execution of multi-million-dollar CRM initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across business and technology stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with customer and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in project or program management.
• Proven track record of managing 8–15 member teams and delivering multi-million-dollar CRM programs.
• Experience in managing enterprise-level Salesforce programs, customer experience initiatives, and complex integration environments.
• PMP certification is required.
• SAFe or Agile certification is required; Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Salesforce-related exposure or certifications in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud will be an added advantage.

Skills

• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud program management.
• Domain knowledge of Entitlements and Customer 360, including contractual and transactional customer data.
• Hands-on understanding of integrations across WXP (Workforce Experience Platform), Neuron, Amplify, and MDG (Master Data Governance) platforms.
• Master Data Governance (MDG) and Salesforce Master Data Management (MDM).
• Agile delivery methodologies.
• Leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving.
• Stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and executive reporting.

Pay

Salary range: $80,500 to $157,500.
