Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client objectives.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between Client, internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial accountability.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, generate reports, and present progress updates to key stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by implementing best practices and process improvements for project execution.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy/utilities sector.
- Strong understanding of Client processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and environmental considerations in utility projects.
- PMP certification is a plus.
