Technical Project Manager

The Role

Lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives to improve efficiency and drive growth within a global manufacturing organization.
Partner directly with business leaders to solve complex, real-world manufacturing and operational challenges.
Design, develop, and implement Oracle-based enterprise applications, including leveraging Oracle APEX and PL/SQL.
Drive digital transformation strategies and influence the future direction of ERP systems across global operations.
Manage multiple high-impact IT projects from initiation through deployment and ongoing support.
Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple locations, cultures, and time zones to ensure successful project outcomes.

What You'll Need

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience developing and customizing Oracle environments, including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Cloud, Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of how technology supports manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory management, procurement, and shop floor processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, costs, quality, communications, and stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with Oracle Databases and Reporting Tools.
