About the role
Project governance, Agile, JIRA. Support EST Hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery with a focus on governance and Agile practices.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project and Advanced Roadmaps.
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Use JIRA and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and team collaboration.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with solution architects, cloud engineers, DevOps teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
- Drive project planning, requirements gathering, technical design reviews, and implementation activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of project governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Advanced Roadmaps, and Confluence.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in project management, stakeholder management, and relationship management.
- Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent client communication, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities.
Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $120k - $130k per annum + Benefits. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
