Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Hands-on project management, collaborating with Technology feature teams and business leaders to deliver customer solutions
• Work with Technical Leads, General Managers, and stakeholders to align delivery with go-to-market plans and product roadmaps
• Produce key project deliverables: project plans, resource plans, risk mitigation plans, and change management plans
• Define and articulate project goals, KPIs, and OKRs to stakeholders and team members
• Provide comprehensive project visibility via dashboards, status reports, and meetings
• Monitor progress, ensuring timely and accurate updates for stakeholder decision-making
• Identify and escalate blockers to leaders to keep projects on track
• Hold teams accountable for on-time task delivery
• Participate in testing to validate requirements
• Facilitate approvals required for technical implementation and project completion

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager
• Detailed knowledge of SDLC and IT delivery processes (Agile, Scaled Agile, LeSS)
• Strong customer focus with experience serving internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Professional management skills: communication, networking, and influencing at all levels, including board and third-party partners
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with shifting priorities
• Strategic focus with tactical problem-solving for operational issues
• Collaborative leadership style to build trust with product teams, designers, engineers, and company leaders
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving business, technical teams, and third-party vendors
• Leadership through influence, not hierarchy
