About the role
This position serves as the primary project management resource supporting Infrastructure Operations while coordinating efforts across Security Operations, Network Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Business Applications, and external vendors and partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic cloud and infrastructure modernization projects
- Track dependencies across architecture, security, identity, endpoint computing, and business applications
- Maintain prioritized product and project backlogs
- Develop and maintain agile/scrum delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinate vendors including consulting partners, Microsoft, professional services, software vendors, system integrators
- Monitor budget and deliverables
- Schedule and escalate management
- Assess organizational impacts
- Develop implementation plans track organizational readiness
- Support user adoption
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or cloud transformation projects
- Proven ability to operate at both the project delivery and program oversight levels, managing multiple concurrent projects and dependencies
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; able to operate with minimal direction and drive resolution when gaps arise
- Technical fluency across infrastructure, security, networking, hardware, software, and enterprise architecture domains
- Skilled in cross-functional communication, including the ability to influence without direct authority and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working across multiple IT functions, navigating cross-team dependencies, and balancing competing priorities
- Experience working with both internal technical teams and external vendors or service providers
- Able to work effectively in both structured and ambiguous environments
