Job Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level leadership in coordinating and delivering complex audiovisual and broadcast system installations.
- Produce progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and partners.
- Lead project meetings and workshops; ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Mentor and assist fellow project managers as needed.
- Support client teams in developing baseline project budgets and instilling cost control practices.
- Take ownership of budget management and reconciliation for assigned projects.
- Lead the vendor bidding process, enhancing vendor selection and negotiation strategies.
- Coincide engineering design team output, ensuring advanced technical requirements are fulfilled.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop advanced solutions to meet project deliverables.
- Ensure audiovisual and broadcast requirements are closely aligned with building completion schedules from a senior management perspective.
- Conduct regular site visits to uphold and exceed ASG and client standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Entertainment, Business, Project Management, or a related field; or an equivalent certification/degree in Project Management.
- At least 10 years of relevant project management experience, with substantial experience managing large-scale broadcast projects.
- Prominent leadership capabilities in guiding large teams and complex initiatives.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency with G Suite, SmartSheet, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to commute to client sites as required.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
