Technical Project Manager/Architect

About the role

Lead large-scale software development programs, focusing on system modernization and digital transformation projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Drive the integration of AI technologies such as GenAI coding assistants into development workflows to enhance efficiency and quality. Oversee the design, implementation, and validation of complex technical systems supporting high-volume transactions. Establish best practices for AI-assisted development, including prompt engineering and team-level workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale software development programs with a focus on system modernization and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive the integration of AI technologies (e.g., GenAI coding assistants) into development workflows.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and validation of complex technical systems supporting high-volume transactions.
• Establish best practices for AI-assisted development, including prompt engineering and team workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and leading large software development programs as an Architect or technical leader.
• Hands-on experience with digital transformation projects, working closely with development teams and stakeholders.
• Practical familiarity with AI/ML implementation, especially with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, or PaLM).
• Extensive background in Java, Spring framework, cloud development, and Web Services for high-volume, highly available environments.
• Experience with containers, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or PCF.

Pay Range: $90/hour
