Technical Project Manager- AI/GPU/Data Centers
We are a high-growth AI infrastructure company looking for a Technical Project Manager to join us on a contract basis with the potential for full-time conversion after six months. We are building and scaling AI data center sites while simultaneously developing cutting-edge technology with a distributed engineering team.
About the Role
You will own project tracking and delivery across two core workstreams: coordinating deliverables for active AI site builds managed by general contractors, vendors, and manufacturers; and running Agile scrum processes for our Silicon Valley-based software and engineering team, with potential expansion to offshore staff. You will be the connective tissue between construction timelines, vendor commitments, and engineering sprints, keeping all stakeholders accountable and leadership informed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate deliverables for active AI site builds managed by general contractors, vendors, and manufacturers
- Run Agile scrum processes for software and engineering teams, including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Manage timelines and commitments across construction, vendor, and engineering workstreams
- Keep stakeholders accountable and leadership informed
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience spanning both construction/infrastructure and software development environments
- Proven Agile/scrum experience managing engineering teams
- Experience coordinating with general contractors, vendors, and manufacturers on large-scale physical infrastructure or data center projects
- Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-moving environments with multiple simultaneous workstreams
- Strong communication skills to manage up, across, and down with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager with direct experience in GPU and/or Data Center environments
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus

Pay
