  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with software development projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on software development projects.
  • 10+ years of experience working within medium- to large-scale enterprise software development environments.
  • 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle software development projects in Java-based enterprise environments.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with application/interface development and technical analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience working with SQL and relational database technologies.
  • PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certification.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
