Technical Project Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Project Manager with 8 years of experience leading complex hardware and system development programs. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong program leadership to drive product development, risk management, and successful product launches.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex hardware and system development programs from concept through launch.
- Drive product development risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Oversee design verification and test engineering processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering (required).
- Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, or MBA (preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering project management.
- Experience in medical device, robotics, aerospace, or industrial automation industries.
- Additional training or certifications in Program Management (PMP), Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Systems Engineering (highly desirable).

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $76.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
