Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Mosaic, our software product, for defense and government customers.
- Own program execution: define delivery plans, manage scope and milestones, and drive accountability across engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the primary delivery interface with internal teams and external stakeholders, including defense primes, government PMs, and contracting authorities.
- Translate product requirements into actionable technical plans in partnership with Product, ensuring alignment with engineering architecture and mission needs.
- Participate in architectural discussions, highlighting risks, identifying gaps, and ensuring decisions support delivery timelines, security posture, and system reliability.
- Manage and resolve cross-team dependencies across software engineering, QA, security, compliance, and operations; maintain a real-time dependency map for all initiatives.
- Track program performance using execution metrics (velocity, predictability, defect trends, release readiness) and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, tradeoffs, and blockers; escalate and recommend decisions when schedule, scope, or resources misalign.
- Ensure compliance with government standards and secure development practices (e.g., ATO, RMF, NIST 800-171, DFARS).
- Support proposal writing, contract execution, and customer briefings, including evolving requirements, baselines, and contractual milestones.
- Thrive in a high-ambiguity, fast-paced environment, creating structure, clarity, and alignment where needed.

- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if not already held.
Qualifications
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other software tracking tools.
- Familiarity with secure development practices and accreditation processes (ATO, RMF, etc.).
- Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
