Technical Program Manager( SAP) - Remote/California

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of a strategic operations program with global stakeholders.
• Cook up complex dependencies, risks, issue resolution, and executive communications.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, track action items, and drive accountability across teams.
• Bring structure to ambiguous business problems and help teams execute toward critical milestones.

Requirements

• 7 years of Technical Program Management or Program Management experience.
• SAP HANA/S4 implementation experience with B2B and complex integrations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple organizations without direct authority.

Required Skills

• Background in supply chain, manufacturing operations, planning, semiconductor, or related enterprise operations.
• Semiconductor industry experience.
• Experience collaborating with external manufacturing partners (e.g., CEMs/EMS/OSATs).
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organization and follow-through.
• Expertise in Jira.

• Proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and can quickly earn the trust of senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
