About the team
The TPM team orchestrates complex programs across Ring's security ecosystem, transforming product visions into market-ready solutions that protect millions of homes worldwide. We bridge breakthrough ideas to reality by managing multi-team programs spanning hardware, software, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure from ideation through deployment.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $127,100.00 - $172,000.00 annually.
