The Builders TPM team orchestrates complex programs across Ring's security ecosystem, transforming product visions into market-ready solutions that protect millions of homes worldwide. We bridge breakthrough ideas to reality by managing multi-team programs spanning hardware, software, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure from ideation through deployment. Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 2+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 2+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

Pay

  • USA, CA, Hawthorne - 127,100.00 - 172,000.00 USD annually
  • USA, MA, North Reading - 127,100.00 - 172,000.00 USD annually
