Technical Program Manager (Remote, United States)

Department: Technology Location: Remote (United States) Reports to: VP, Technology Employment Type: Full-Time The Role As a Technical Program Manager, you will keep delivery on schedule across squads and act as the connective tissue that makes the roadmap real. You will be responsible for cross-team delivery, dependencies, and cadence. You'll unblock the teams, surface risk early, and give everyone honest status so nothing slips quietly. When two squads depend on each other, you own the seam between them and make a group of teams ship like one. What You’ll Do Keep delivery on schedule across squads, and manage dependencies.Run the delivery cadence and unblock the teams.Track throughput and cycle time, and flag risks early.Partner with the Director and Engineering on the roadmap. What We're Looking For Must Have Experience running technical program or delivery management across teams.Experience managing dependencies and cadence.Held an on-time delivery standard. Nice to Have 5-7 years of experienceExperience with Magento is a PLUS!Platform or commerce experience.Healthcare or regulated delivery experience.
