Responsibilities

As the Technical Program Manager, you will own the program-level view across multiple concurrent product development initiatives, from concept through launch — the single point of coordination between engineering, product management, art, quality, regulatory, and operations, driving programs on time, on spec, and on standard. This is a mid-level role focused on raising the team's overall productivity: improving how work is documented, clarifying process ownership through well-defined RACIs, and applying AI tools to support both. You'll build and maintain the workflows (in Asana and elsewhere) that put those processes into practice, so documentation, accountability, and execution data stay current without manual status-chasing.

• Program Planning & Execution: Own program-level planning across concurrent product initiatives, using structured methodologies (e.g., phase-gate/stage-gate) to sequence work and manage dependencies between projects; build and maintain master timelines, milestone tracking, and deliverable ownership across engineering, product management, art, quality, regulatory, and operations; identify scheduling risk and cross-project dependencies before they impact launch dates; escalate blockers to your manager with clear options.
• Process Documentation, RACI & Workflow Design: Document and formalize processes that currently live in people's heads — clear, repeatable procedures for how programs move through the product development lifecycle; own creation of process SOPs, program documentation, and compliance paperwork (e.g., user manual
