For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager, New Product Introduction to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead cross-functional execution for new product launches, with a strong emphasis on industrial controls workstreams and technical delivery discipline. You will coordinate engineering, vendor, and resource partners to keep complex initiatives moving from design through launch. The position also requires close collaboration with program leadership to maintain visibility into scope, budget, schedule, and risk across multiple concurrent efforts. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $101,000 – $138,600 annually Responsibilities Lead execution of the industrial controls workstream for innovation projects Manage relationships with external controls vendors to support delivery and issue resolution Track tasks and milestones from design to launch for industrial controls components Maintain the workstream budget and integrated schedules for effective management Develop and manage a risk register, ensuring issues are mitigated effectively Provide regular dashboard reporting and updates to program leadership Collaborate across multiple teams to integrate the workstream with broader program objectives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering required 10+ years of technical project or program management experience Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and vendor management Proven track record managing budgets, scopes, and integrated schedules Strong collaboration skills with resource managers and engineering teams Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and the Office suite Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Disability insurance 401K plan Paid time off (PTO) US remote position with travel up to 40% Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
