Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of critical team and organization-wide programs
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Managers to scope and execute large programs
- Develop and refine program management methodologies and key performance indicators
- Enhance team communication and operations to boost productivity
- Produce high-quality proposals and documentation
- Utilize data to inform strategic decisions at the engineering leadership level
- Create comprehensive plans to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
- Influence stakeholders and achieve consensus in ambiguous situations
Qualifications
- 6+ years in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex information and offer insights
- Demonstrated program management experience throughout the software development lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of fostering relationships across all organization levels
- Promised record of implementing process improvements across diverse teams and functions
- Experience in leading large-scale initiatives autonomously across time zones
- Technical understanding of how integrated functionalities generate user value
