Technical Program Manager - Marketplace Integrations

Responsibilities
- Provide project oversight and strategic direction for electronic data interchange (EDI) systems and API integrations.
- Act as project lead, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, improve data accuracy, onboard new clients, and enhance communication with partners and clients.
- Consult with internal teams and clients on technical integration requirements (EDI and API).
- Organize, analyze, and control the activities of the engineering and implementation teams.
- Track and report development/onboarding status and communicate with teams and clients.
- Manage documentation processes for product changes and updates.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth rollouts and client transitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years client-facing technical project management experience at a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated expertise in API standards and protocols, along with practical experience in API integrations.
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate and elevate outcomes.
- Ability to lead technical teams from a strategic business standpoint.
- Strong relationship-building skills with trading partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years' experience in program management, preferably in the ERP, EDI, CRM, or eCommerce space.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
