Technical Program Manager Lead, Deployments

About the role

The Deployments Team at Fluidstack runs multi-site infrastructure programs as the lead TPM. They make sequencing calls between competing projects and ensure those calls stick. Program reporting is trusted because it has been accurate and reliable. They lead TPM teams and build program tooling. They also cover per-site deployment programs, hardware supply interfaces, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run the deployment program across all sites: schedules, dependencies, and escalations in one view.
• Own cross-site resource and sequencing decisions when parallel builds compete for the same teams.
• Lead TPM teams.
• Bonus: Experience with data center deployment programs, hardware supply interface, program tooling, and executive reporting.

• You've made sequencing calls between competing projects and made them stick.
