Technical Program Manager Lead, Deployments
About the role
The Deployments Team at Fluidstack is responsible for running multi-site infrastructure programs as the lead TPM. They make sequencing calls between competing projects and ensure these calls stick. Program reporting is trusted because it has been accurate and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Run the deployment program across all sites: schedules, dependencies, and escalations in one view.
- Own cross-site resource and sequencing decisions when parallel builds compete for the same teams.
- Build and lead TPM teams.
- Led the TPM team covering per-site deployment programs.
- Manage hardware supply interface.
- Build and lead program tooling.
- Lead executive reporting.
Requirements
You've run multi-site infrastructure programs as the lead TPM. You've made sequencing calls between competing projects and made them stick. Your program reporting is trusted because it has been right. You've built and led TPM teams. Bonus: Experience with data center deployment programs, hardware supply interface, and program tooling.
