Technical Program Manager, International Compliance

Responsibilities

• Arcitect the Global Compliance Delivery Roadmap for international market standards
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of critical AV standards like UN R155 and R156
• Manage integration between certification standards and the company’s Safety Management systems
• Maintain compliance progress while balancing resource demands from local engagements
• Identify and mitigate compliance delivery risks to ensure timely global launches

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience, preferably in Automotive, Robotics, or Aerospace sectors
• Full-stack understanding of Autonomous Vehicle (AV) architecture from sensors to control software
• Experience implementing compliance programs like ISO 26262 and UN ECE Regulations
• Proven track record of successfully navigating regulatory processes for global product launches
• Ability to collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams to define and drive standards
• Excellent skills in creating complex technical documentation for regulatory audits
