About the role

This role involves leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects related to audience targeting and optimization for clients. The Technical Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and manage dependencies and risks
• Engage stakeholders at the appropriate level and time
• Plan requirements and identify risks
• Ensure ecosystem initiatives are delivered effectively and at scale
• Drive the evolution of project work into repeatable, scalable programs
• Build a framework of these programs internally, incorporating best practices into workflows and documentation
• Partner with other teams to improve their workflows and documentation

Requirements

• 5 years of program management experience involving close collaboration across teams
• Experience using project tracking tools and content management tools
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand data science, engineering, and product marketing needs
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment and influencing other teams and stakeholders
• An adaptive mindset to navigate unforeseen blockers and dependencies
• Strong organization skills to promote, define, refine, and carry out lightweight processes

Qualifications

• Experience in a global software organization
• Tooling experience with client-facing tools (e.g., Jira, JSM, Confluence)
• Experience in customer or third-party developer-facing roles
• Experience in setting up programs to engage with customers or third parties
• Experience working with a geographically distributed team
