Technical Program Manager II- #26-16626

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end validation milestones spanning algorithm model development, hardware testing, prototype SW validation, production SW readiness, and human factors evaluations
• Drive alignment and execution across multiple interdependent workstreams—display hardware, testing, software, and architecture—ensuring dependencies are tracked and gaps are closed
• Proactively manage hardware allocation and device availability to unblock validation timelines
• Risk Management & Mitigation: Continuously assess program risks and drive mitigation plans. Maintain a living risk register with clear owners, impacts, and resolution paths
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate engineering team to communicate program status—including milestone readouts, validation results, risk summaries, and decision requests—to engineering leadership and XFN stakeholders through regular reviews and executive summaries

Requirements

• Prior experience with clients can be considered to supplement an applicant's prior years of experience or types of prior experience to meet the minimum qualifications of the position.
• 3 years experience as a technical program manager in hardware/software co-development programs.
• 3 years experience in display technology, image processing, algorithm validation, or related electro-optical systems engineering
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage programs with significant hardware dependencies, including device allocation, prototype build schedules, and test infrastructure coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and assess validation readiness
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting technical status and risk assessments to senior engineering leadership
• Experience operating autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced development environments with evolving requirements and tight launch timelines
