About the role
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners across the company. You’ll be equally comfortable explaining your team’s analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing technical trade‑offs with engineers.
In the Enterprise Data Platforms and Governance (EDP&G) team, you will drive core data and infrastructure delivery for Google’s Transform Workforce Planning program, acting as a horizontal leader bridging finance engineering, people operations engineering, and core enterprise data teams. You’ll ensure high program velocity and oversee essential enterprise deliverables across platforms like Company 360 and Team Graph Access.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end data and infrastructure program delivery for the enterprise transform workforce planning initiative.
- Act as the primary horizontal connector across multiple engineering organizations, facilitating seamless collaboration and execution between finance, people operations, and core enterprise data teams.
- Manage and drive technical deliverables for key internal data platforms, including Company 360 and Team Graph Access.
- Maintain program velocity by proactively identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring smooth technical handoffs across cross‑functional engineering pods.
Pay
