Responsibilities
- End-to-end hardware program management for robotaxi hardware development.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept through EVT, DVT, PVT to production ramp.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with hardware, software, firmware, functional safety, systems, procurement, and vehicle development teams.
- Manage contract manufacturers (CM).
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Prepare executive reports and communicate with stakeholders.
- Develop roadmaps and schedules.
- Deliver strategic milestones.
- Navigate fast-paced development environments.
- Manage hardware/software integration.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
Preferred: MS in Electrical Engineering, MS in Mechanical Engineering, or MBA.
