This person will drive the execution of strategic equities programs across Structured Equity Financing, Derivatives, and the broader Equities business, while also supporting key Business Transformation initiatives. Lead strategic programs across Structured Equity Financing, Derivatives, and broader Equities businessesManage end-to-end program delivery, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and status reportingPartner with Front Office, Technology, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teamsGather business requirements, develop BRDs, and translate needs into actionable technology roadmapsDrive trading system migrations, new product initiatives, and other strategic programsIdentify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI, RPA, and data analyticsManage multiple concurrent initiatives and proactively resolve risks and roadblocksProfileMinimum of 5-10 years of experience in program management, business transformation, or COO functionsProven experience delivering end-to-end programs within Sales & TradingExperience working with Front Office/Trading and cross-functional business and technology teamsStrong program management skills, including BRDs, project plans, RACI matrices, budgets, governance, and status reportingStrong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with process improvement, automation, or workflow optimizationExposure to AI, RPA, and data analytics; SQL or Python is a plusJob OfferAccess to Michael Page health benefits beginning on day one of employment.Interested?
