Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Commerce

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager Enterprise Commerce to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a life sciences environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $290,000 – $365,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cross-team planning and operational processes for quote-to-cash
• Drive critical cross-functional programs from inception to delivery
• Own the SOX readiness program for quote-to-cash systems, including control design
• Manage technical dependencies among CPQ, contract data, billing, and provisioning systems
• Establish a coherent roadmap with clear priorities and statuses across teams

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience in complex environments
• Strong background in enterprise systems integration, including CPQ and ERP platforms
• Experience running compliance programs such as SOX or SOC
• Ability to build trust across diverse teams, including engineering, finance, and legal
• Capable of navigating and shaping undefined operational models
