Responsibilities
- Own strategic planning, scheduling, and execution of enterprise-grade programs
- Manage complex dependencies across core teams to deliver solutions to customers
- Translate technical complexities into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks associated with AI deployment
- Modernize agile execution frameworks for machine learning and software lifecycles
- Define and report on key program health metrics to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager in large-company software projects
- 2+ years managing core engineering infrastructure or distributed systems programs
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and its lifecycle processes
- Track record of communicating effectively with and influencing executive stakeholders
- Proficient in iterative development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Desire to continuously learn and engage with modern ML/GenAI practices
