About the role

Responsibilities
- Ownership: TPMs are owners; they take responsibility for the project from start to finish, working with the customer and engineering team to ensure the project meets all contractual requirements and delivers the desired outcomes.
- Embed/Engage: Work closely with customers to understand their specific mission challenges and collaborate with Anduril engineers to develop solutions that address critical security challenges.
- Build/Orchestrate: Work with Anduril engineers to build and develop the solution, adapting as necessary to meet client needs. Ensure collaboration across multiple internal teams to deliver the best possible product.
- Plan: Develop, coordinate, and communicate the path to success with both internal and external partners. Work with clients and engineers to build sprint plans, execution plans, and milestones.
- Grow our business through customer success: Establish committed and trust-based partnerships with customers to help them solve their immediate problems and identify future opportunities where Anduril’s technology can enhance their effectiveness.
Requirements
- B.S. (minimum) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- 5+ years relevant industry experience.
- Experience working in DoD environment and in small teams.
- Experience with communication systems or software-defined radios.
- Experience with the deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems.
- Experience with building, leading, and developing teams of engineers.
- Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
- Comfortable with setting and achieving goals in an amorphous environment.
- Comfortable with working in limited-resource environments.
Prior qualifications
- CAPM or PMP certification a plus.
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams to successful completion of projects.
- Able to perform in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative problem-solving to achieve work goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and simplify complex problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Lead team to develop solutions to complex, time-sensitive problems.
- Maintain customer relationships with timely, accurate, and meaningful communications.
- Create project proposals, program plans, reports, and process documentation.
