Job Location: Charlotte, NC (Day One Onsite - Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data platform initiatives.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across data ingestion, transformation, storage, analytics, and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data Governance, and Business stakeholders.
- Manage project plans, roadmaps, milestones, release schedules, budget, scope, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog management, and release management.
- Lead technical discussions with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Provide strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive reporting.
Requirements
- 8 years of Technology Delivery Program Management experience.
- 5 years delivering cloud-based Data Analytics solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and Data Ops practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Secondary Skills
- Experience delivering enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with Data Lake and Data Mesh architectures.
- Knowledge of modern Data Engineering frameworks and architectural patterns.
- Experience implementing enterprise data capabilities including:
- Data movement and integration solutions.
- Analytics platforms.
- Reporting and BI solutions.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture standards, security and compliance requirements, and data governance frameworks.
- Experience with change management and project governance processes.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives across Agile, DevOps, and Data Ops teams.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
Nice to Have
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification.
- Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification.
- PMP Certification.
- SAFe Agilist Certification.
- Scrum Master Agile certifications.
- Experience establishing Data Ops best practices and delivery frameworks.

Pay
The gross annual base salary range for this full-time position is $103,330 to $128,656. This range covers base pay only; bonuses, incentives, and benefits will be discussed during the hiring process. Your exact offer will depend on objective, job-related factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
