What You’ll Do

  • Manage execution of cloud platform, and customer applications across Engineering, Commercial, and Operations, aligning deeply interdependent workstreams into a single, coherent plan.
  • Anticipate and mitigate program and technical risk, surfacing issues early and providing leadership with clear options and recommendations.
  • Balance tactical implementation with strategic execution, shaping roadmaps and dependencies while adapting quickly to a fast-moving environment.
  • Define and evolve lightweight program management practices that scale with the company and enable teams to move faster without compromising safety or quality.
  • Translate complex technical interdependencies—from cloud infrastructure to field operations—into aligned, actionable program plans, mastering cross-functional coordination.
  • Use excellent communication skills to facilitate high-stakes technical decision-making and help teams navigate tradeoffs across diverse engineering and operations workstreams.
  • Operate with a relentless sense of ownership for the success of programs you work on.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a comparable technical leadership role, with a proven ability to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary systems involving cloud infrastructure, software applications, and physical deployments.
  • Domain experience in Infrastructure and Cloud Platforms, including familiarity ML/Simulation loops, data storage, or security protocols required to support autonomous systems.
  • Experience delivering User-Facing Applications (Apps), such as partner-facing apps and task and fleet planning tools ensuring a seamless interface between complex backend autonomy and end-user needs.
  • 2+ years of professional experience leading programs involving safety-critical or high-reliability systems, understanding the rigor and validation required for systems operating in the physical world.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Thriving in fast-paced, high-ownership environments, with a strong bias toward building lightweight structures and durable processes that help a growing company scale through complexity.
