Technical Program Manager (Data Center)

Job Responsibilities

• Establish/maintain project management processes to facilitate the successful execution and management of infrastructure related projects.
• More often responsible for the Technical Documentation, Data Centre Infrastructure, Service Delivery SLA and Service Delivery Change Management.

Requirements

• Expertise in Edge Data Centre, Edge Network, POP, Telecommunication, Telco, CDN, Fibre Networking or Fibre Optics Networking and Compliance Management.
• Experience Service Desk Support, Network Operations Centre (NOC) Support.
• Participate as Data Center Operations Manager for Global Operations Support, Field Repair Service, Global Onsite Deployments Support and Reverse RMA Logistics.
• Hands on Network Equipment Repair, Data Center, LAN & WAN Network.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure.
• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
• Ability to set up and configure server hardware.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
• Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking.

Skills

• Engineering College Degree.
• Cisco, Juniper Certifications.
• PMP, CCNA, DCIM, CCIE Certifications (plus).
