Technical program Manager

About the role

The Technical Program Manager will lead the development and execution of technical programs within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage technical project plans and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
• Oversee project milestones and deliverables
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects
• Experience leading complex technical projects from concept through completion
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management tools and software
