Technical Program Manager

About the role

Support the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team in planning, tracking, and governance of architecture deliverables, including intake requests, reviews, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives.

Manage and maintain Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, reports, and Confluence spaces to ensure accurate tracking, visibility, and documentation of EA activities.

Design and implement Jira automations, workflow enhancements, notifications, and reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Cook up architecture forums, review boards, intake meetings, action items, metrics reporting, and stakeholder communications across business and technology teams.

Leverage AI tools such as Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, and other productivity solutions to streamline documentation, reporting, process automation, and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Automation, Confluence, AI-enabled tools, and project management platforms.
• A proven background in process improvement, workflow automation, and operational excellence.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
